I’ve only just left my second acupuncture treatment with Ian & feel compelled to share the immense appreciation towards his practice. I was quite nervous for my first experience & couldn’t have asked for a better acupuncturist to sooth my anxieties by listening & explaining & walking me through the process as we went along. Ian is not only very skilled & knowledgeable in his field but incredibly therapeutic with his approach & methods. I look forward to continue my healing journey with him :)

Best body workers in town! I've come here for A.R.T, Eldoa classes, and acupuncture. Their acupuncturist Ian is incredible (understatement) and has helped me identify and resolve more issues than I can count. 10/10 Recommend + Worth every penny!

I had a serious foot injury thirty days before the Xterra USA Championship. In the past I would have taken off six weeks to heal the injury. The NOVOS team aggressively treated the injury and had me running in ten days. twenty days later I won the Xterra National Champions jersey. The ability to race would have never happened without the NOVOS Team. The team works miracles.

This is the best training facility in SD! I’ve been working with Christina and now Mari, and I’m very impressed. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and make working out fun. The sauna is super nice too and I’m working my way up to the ice bath (gotta mentally prepare for that one hah!). Can’t wait to be back next week to see them!

Novus exceeded my expectations!!! I have family who has gone to Novos before and told me how helpful it was. Now I know for myself! I love the efficiency and the communication of this company. Jonathan and his asst were outstanding!! Johnathan is savvy and thorough and experienced. I feel so much better after just one visit! Can't thank you enough!
